What’s Covered

If a cylinder we rekeyed starts sticking or a latch we aligned drifts out of place, we make it right.
- Parts and hardware integrity. We install and service Schlage, Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, Yale, Kwikset, and Sargent. If a component we supplied fails due to installation error within our guarantee period, we replace it at no charge. Manufacturer defects are handled through the brand’s own warranty channel, and we’ll help you navigate that.
- Jobsite cleanup and respect for your property. Our background-checked, uniformed technicians show ID at the door on every visit. They wear shoe covers, lay down work mats, and leave your entry, office, or vehicle as clean as they found it. If we scratch a door frame or leave metal shavings behind, that’s on us to fix.
